Updated to Windows 11, now my Tozo t6 earbuds do not provide sound. Anyone else come across this? We've uninstalled driver, earbuds, turned everything off and back on. Saw in a reddit.com thread others are having the same issue.

    Hello everyone.

To follow up on this topic, I finally decided to send a long explaining email to Tozo support. I asked for an acknowledgement of reading and receipt but did not receive anything.

No feedback, no answer, nothing... Maybe I don't have the right address?

    I sent it to: info_at_tozostore_dot_com

I don't think they have universally accepted responsibility. It depends upon which Tozo support person you talk to. Within the last 2 weeks I had a very unsatisfying exchange with them, ending in keeping my original T6 that still don't work. Further, they did not seem to care much about it.

    See if this helps.

Had a user that bought these earbuds to use with his laptop. Sound worked, but mic didn't. Wasn't even recognized. Found the below and it helped. I know it's not the same issue as no sound, but maybe one of the other options would help.

    1. Connect the Bluetooth headset to your Windows 11.
    2. Open theControl Panel.
    3. Go to Hardware and sound>Devices and printers.
    4. Right-click the Bluetooth device and select Properties from the context menu.
    5. Go to theServices tab.
    6. Enable all services.

Thank you very much for the suggestion! Unfortunately, it did not fix the issue.

Well, I've had a frustrating email exchange with Tozo technical support (if you want to elevate what it was to that level). I went back and forth with them about my Tozo T6 earbuds not working in Windows 11. Since they work on my Android phone, the person I was talking to just flatly claimed there's nothing therefore wrong with the headphones. I then sent them some key posts from this site as well as corroborating reviews from Amazon that indicate that other contacts with Tozo indicated a problem with the earbuds. However, I my input was just ignored.

I found this "tech support" to be very obstinate and insensitive to the fact that my Windows 11 setup just doesn't work. In NONE of the emails did I get "we're sorry they are not working for you". It was a cold exchange.

This was the last note I received, which offered a partial refund. Well, that's great. I reckon I'll apply that to the cost of a different set of non-Tozo earbuds...

    Hi,

Like we said before, the earbuds can work normally on your phone means there is no problem with the earbuds.

50% refund is the most I can apply for you, will you accept it or not?

    Best regards,

    Alisa

Does anyone know a brand of earbuds that DOES work with Windows 11?
