Intel Core i7-6700HQ Not Getting The Windows 11 Update?

Hi there,

The Intel core i7-6700HQ is still even in 2021, a pretty powerful CPU, what led Microsoft to decide that PC users with this CPU should not get an update to windows 11? It is not so that this CPU can't handle the Windows 11 operating system. Should older PC's with still powerful enough CPU's be left out? Is this "good business" for Microsoft?

    Merci pour la réponse. J’ai payé beaucoup d’argent pour avoir un ordinateur portable qui fonctionne pour l’avenir seulement pour trouver que MS ne prend pas en charge la puce bien qu’il ait TPM 2.0 J’ai essayé toutes les façons d’obtenir Windows 11 mais n’a pas fonctionné, y compris l’utilisation de MS Expert, donc comme beaucoup de gens ne sont pas satisfaits de Microsoft

    Thanks for reply. MS has always updated to make older versions obsolete. Did know that there are fixes but compromise security hence moan re MS attitude

    Sorry for delay in response been away at funeral. Tried again today. Vis Health check and MS Site - No success.

    No message re bypass the check so will have to live with 10 and decide later if buy a new chip with windows 11. Thanks
