When I try to install the preview of Windows 11 I always get to the green screen like BSOD with SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED what failed:tcpip.sys I've tried all the possible solutions: resetting network adapters; uninstalling and installing drivers; did the tcp/ip reset in command prompt "netsh int ip reset"; and even tried disabling windows security (the only antivirus installed). Any other suggestions?

THE EAGLE HAS LANDED!!!
💯🎉🎉🎉
Excluding regional settings, keyboard layout and location based in Portugal, I just realized that there IS something most likely we all have in common as Portuguese: the citizen card (Cartão de Cidadão) app and the related drivers!!!!
It's kind of a long shot, but does anyone else use this?
or this?
It's the only thing I could think of that would make sense in terms of all of us here being Portuguese users!
My machine has a UK keyboard... I still think it's just a very weird coincidence that we are all Portuguese, simply for the fact that none of my machine settings are set to PT (even the laptop keyboard is UK layout)
I'm now checking if OpenVPN could be the problem, as it seems the driver is from far back 2019...
There's also the fact I have Hyper-V enabled, so there's a bunch of virtual network adapters, but seems a bit odd that would be causing this issue!
