Tcpip.sys error Windows Insider Program

When I try to install the preview of Windows 11 I always get to the green screen like BSOD with SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED what failed:tcpip.sys I've tried all the possible solutions: resetting network adapters; uninstalling and installing drivers; did the tcp/ip reset in command prompt "netsh int ip reset"; and even tried disabling windows security (the only antivirus installed). Any other suggestions?

Excluding regional settings, keyboard layout and location based in Portugal, I just realized that there IS something most likely we all have in common as Portuguese: the citizen card (Cartão de Cidadão) app and the related drivers!!!!

It's kind of a long shot, but does anyone else use this?

It's the only thing I could think of that would make sense in terms of all of us here being Portuguese users!

    I bevieve to have nothing to do with autenticação.gov, except it may have triggered a tcpip.sys bug on traffic encryption driver for Win11.

    Microsoft, take it from here!!

    Alright! I already uninstalled the autenticação.gov apps, will try now

    Odd thing is, my friend has the apps installed, and he installed W11 without a problem
