Cannot install Windows 11 - Error 0xc1900101

Can't you just "pause" your updates for a week or so? Then all you'd have to do is pause it again once a week to keep your O/S from updating, another way to do it, probably the better way, would be to Disable your Windows Update service until you are ready to begin receiving updates again. Windows won't be able to update itself if its Update service is disabled. Just be sure to not leave it that way for too long of a time. That way you can stay in the insiders club, but not get Windows 11 until you're ready for it. If you're not sure where to go to do this, be sure you have the "This PC" icon on your desktop, or you can do it in Windows Explorer by right-clicking "This pc" on the lefthand side of the screen, in your folder tree. So right-click "This PC" then select manage, then select "Services and Applications" on the bottom left-hand side of the Computer Management screen, then "Services". Go to the middle compartment, and click above the first column above the name of the services to sort the services alphabetically. You'll want to start from Z to A instead of A to Z. Starting with the end of the alphabet look for a service named "Windows Update", should be about mid-way down that first set of services without having to scroll down any further, double right-click it, or left-click, then select properties, then in the General tab, to the right of "Startup Type" pull the window down and select "Disabled" then select ok, but before you do that, be sure it's currently not running. if it is running then click the "Stop" button first before you select the "OK" button. it'll tell you right below the "Startup type" if it's currently running or not with "Service Status" Stop it, then disable it, then select ok. now the update process is turned off until you turn it back on again, and notice it's normally set to manual not automatic, when turning it back on later, set it to manual. No more updates until you turn it back on. Again don't leave it turned off for too long, to where you miss some important updates, and then allow yourself to get hacked. So keep that in mind, that it's turned off.

Now my PC is trying to download 10.0.22000.100 (co_release) and failing right away reporting no TPM 2.0 chip. Again, I thought those of us already in the Insider program were supposed to be exempt from that requirement (with the understanding we'd need to clean install Win10 once the preview was over). I give up.

Are you saying that dot 100 is available? Last time I tried it was at dot 65.

I wonder if I'll have any better luck in the beta channel? Kinda funny I got this today ... shouldn't they know from telemetry that my PC is still unable to install the Windows 11 dev builds?
