Cannot install Windows 11 - Error 0xc1900101

Thanks to everyone who contributed suggestions. I had already tried most of them, but did some over again plus ran various windows checking tools, etc.

Long story short: I am still not able to update my Windows 10 system to windows 11.

1. Installed Driver Booster and made sure every driver was up to the latest level
2. Despite my motherboard having TPM in Firmware (Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro), I ordered and installed a physical TPM module (just to be sure)
3. I upgraded my UEFI firmware on the motherboard to the very latest level
4. I analyzed the setupact.log and setuperr.log files and was not able to find anything that gave me any bright ideas about how to proceed
5. I ran setupdiag and didn't find anything I could use
6. I ran the system file checker tool (sfc), which corrected some issues

Nothing worked, so I gave up (for now) and carved out a new 128GB partition on my nvme drive and installed the windows 11 ISO file onto that, and am now using dual boot between Windows 10 and Windows 11. Not the way I wanted it to work, but for now it seems to be the only way I can get any Windows 11 testing done.

Between the windows 11 hardware requirements and the problems updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11, I am afraid not many will be able to run Windows 11 - unless they buy a new computer with Windows 11 preinstalled.

EVERY time I try to update Windows 11, - new update for Windows 11 came out - while in the "almost end" of the process of restarting, it shows; "Choose your keyboard layout" or something like that. Then after it finishes restarting, I check the update history, and it gives me

0xc1900101

Before I rollbacked using Rollback RX Professional, don't know why I did that, at 9/9/2021, THE UPDATE WORKED. I don't know what's happening now, tried everything from YouTube videos, from Command Prompt, to PowerShell and Advanced Restart?!

Somebody help me. I love updates, but sometimes I think soon Microsoft MIGHT cancel Windows 11, and I wouldn't get the last update ever available before it was canceled. And it might be a correct theory.

I can install Build 22458.rs_prerelease.210910-1430 but got 0xc1900101 when install 22463.1000.

Any hint for resolve ?

First off what is Rollback RX? Sounds like a 3rd party utility

you shouldn't be using.

If an update fails, Windows rolls back on its own.

Does your PC meet all the requirements for Windows 11 here:

would you get the same issue with one SSD that has 3 partitions. (main one, recovery one and EFI system partition.
