Cannot install Windows 11 - Error 0xc1900101

The Health Check utility reports that the PC I am attempting to install Win 11 on meets all the requirements for Win 11. It has TPM 2.0 implemented via firmware in the processor (AMD Ryzen 3200G), and is confirmed by the Health check facility. However, no matter what I try, it ends the installation with a rollback to Win 10. Hopefully, the folks at Microsoft will have some suggestions as to what we can do to get Win 11 to install. I sent them the logs that the installation produced, so hopefully they will have a solution. You don't have to attempt to install Win 11 again, at least not until we get a workaround, or a new version of the Win11 preview that fixes this problem. The update does not try to force another installation on my PC, unless I ask it to try again. As this is the first preview, I imagine the engineers are quite busy working on reported bugs, so we may have to wait a bit for some suggestions or a fix.

I've solved it! I have two SSDs on my PC, and I remove the after one（Toshiba 512G）, and it works! If you have two SSDs too you can try it

It is always reassuring to see technical professionals such as yourself provide useful feedback to the windows 11 challenge..

My expectation is that Microsoft, in their infinite wisdom, would be able to understand that there are millions of different configured computers. And in that wisdom, they would solve their own challenges.

If Microsoft is smart enough to understand the innocuous error message encountered while trying to install windows 11, then they should be smart enough to tell me exactly which driver is offensive.

I got the error the first time, but the second time it installed without problems.

It has to do with drivers, I think the problem occurs when windows update installs the 22000.51 preview build.

At some point about when it reaches the 94% it goes through ALL your files on the installation drive - it can take forever, mine took 8-10 hours before it went on from the 94% mark.

So you need to disable as much as you can of what's might be using drivers and accesses the installation drive during the windows update installation.

If windows has not catagorized the driver corrertly, due to the fact it was in use, then after the restart, the installation will not be able to handle the driver files correct and it fails due an driver error (0xc1900101)

If I'm wrong in any way, pls correct me - this is all based on my own experience with installing the 22000.51 preview build
