Cannot install Windows 11 - Error 0xc1900101

I did almost the same thing, except I installed Win 11 Home on a different partition (keeping the old one with Win 10 to refer back to if need be) and reinstalled all the applications (except a few which I forgot what they were for and hadn't used in a VERY long time) and copied the files from the old partition to the new one. Since I had already upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 on 5 partitions on this computer I gave up trying to get Microsoft to help!. You have me beet in the number of years of computer experience I have only 47 years in the business.

I Tried many times , but can't upgrade to win 11, PC health check is ok, no other problem, Update fails.

Please help me to solve this problem, Thank you in advance

P.S. Tried unplug all usb devices, disable network drivers, windows update troubleshoot, CMD ,and so on.

If it is an Asus device, likely the problem lies with Asus System Interface version 3. See the solution in this thread.

Thanks, Chris, I indeed did some screwups yesterday that made your post to disappear from the article. The Setupmemory dump did not blame a specific driver I am afraid. Can you also post SetupDiag ZIP?

. After running the tool, look for Setupdiagresults.log and Setupdiag.zip in the same folder Setupdiag.exe is present.

The only file resulting from running SetupDiag.exe is the log file, no zip file has been created. I think I will attempt a further Win11 upgrade and follow up with running SetupDiag.exe from that.

I have now re-tried the upgrade. The result was precisely the same. I have overwritten the two files originally created (Setupdiagresults.log and setupmem.dmp - there was no Setupdiag.zip created) which I have shared as follows:
