The manually created dump file did not show anything unusual.

Cab you try a "clean boot" and see if the same issue exists:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135

If a clean boot does resolve the issue there is a section in the article "How to determine what is causing the problem by performing a clean boot".

Reset the computer to start normally afterward.

As a general precaution create a System Restore Point prior to initiating a clean boot.

Service Host : Udk User Service_8cb77 cannot be located now.

Instead, Service Host : Udk User Service_8787d3 is present. The dump file is for this 8787d3 and the link is:

OK, try this to manually create a user mode dump file that may have more modules that are loaded:

Open the Task Manager. Under "Windows processes" locate the following:

Service Host : Udk User Service_8cb77

Right-click Udk User Service_8cb77 and select "Create dump file"

After the dump file is created can you open the Temp folder:

Windows Key + R > type %temp% in the "Open" box > OK

Now locate the svchost.DMP and provide that file via OneDrive.

    Can you do the following:

Windows Key + R > type services.msc in the "Open" box > OK

In the right hand window scroll down to the "Udk User Service" service and double-click the "Udk User Service"

Under the "General" tab what is the "Service name"?

What is the "Startup type" ?

    What is the "Service status"?
