Although I follow AMD steps https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa-300#faq-Recommendations to fix this, I always get it after install AMD Radeon software.

Hello, I have the same issue. It started happening after some Windows update I think. I tried the AMD solution, and reinstalling drivers. Everytime it fixes itself and is ok for a few days and suddenly when I turn on my pc in the morning, the driver software can't launch. Not in the taskbar, not in the right click menu. It's really frustrating!

I have tried both a DDU and a fresh WIN 10 but it seems like AMD does not want to even fix this! kind of sucks I have a 5600xt and it is doing on win 10 HOME like I guess windows says no more AMD because of their updates!
Actually its true that Windows Update causes this AMD driver and Software errors!!
I have the same issue now for about 3 weeks. I had to REINSTALL AMD driver every 2-3 days. I notice that everytime I reinstall AMD driver, after 2-3 days Windows Updates automatically installed graphic driver called "Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - Display - 27.20.21034.37 ". And AMD software couldnt be launched anymore!
Solution is that you just roll back driver to previos version and AMD Software will work again even without restarting computer!
For now I disabled Windows updates and I will check later if Windows Updates want to install this bad driver again.
Rolling back the driver works, but only for a few days and the system, despite disabling device driver updates, is still trying to overwrite newer drivers. It ends up worse: gray screen and the system stop responding. Microsoft, please make it possible to permanently disable driver updates or resolve newer version detection. (Ryzen 5900HX mobile processor with gfx)
Yeah. I'm having the same issue, or my friend is who's PC I built for him. I made a post about it on reddit too , trying to see if there are any people that have found a more long term solution.
Sometimes it could work for a week or two, other times it had an issue a day later.
MSI 6700XT Mech x2 OC. Done the usual with DDU/CLeanup tool, reinstalling etc. Still having the problem where anywhere between a day and two weeks it'll come up with "Software not compatible" error.
I did DDU when the solution says "factory reset". I tried everything, all variants, all options. Factory reset a couple of times, ddu, everything! it shoud theoretically worked the firs time I stopped the Win updates for devices, but ever since I still have the problem every 5-6 days or something no matter what I do
