Blue screen: HTTP.sys error

I too having the same prob with VS2019, ASPNET , IISExpress. please confirm the proper solution for this issue.

Exact same thing here.  Working on a web forms project in VS2019 on Win10 using IIS Express to debug.  Shortly after starting to debug i get a BSOD referencing http.sys.  It doesn't happen every time. Hope someone at MS is seeing this.  The BSOD just started to occur after the most recent updates were installed.

Execute this command.

Hi, Windows Stand-alone installer says that the update isn't installed on my system. I checked this page and it says *something* about not being able to remove the LCU because of something related to SSU :-), so maybe it can't be removed? I am experiencing the same BSOD, but I am using VSCode latest and Chrome (latest) Developer tools. After so many refreshes of the browser, the BSOD throws and HTTP.sys is shows. This did not start to occur until today, I also have the June 8th update. There are various other machines with the same behavior, but we're not all triggering it the same way. We are using local IIS, not IIS Express on any machines that I know of. Some are using VS2019, others VSCode. Range of .NET Standard and .NET Core applications, doesn't appear to matter.

I've been able to trigger it multiple times by deploying a new artifact to an ASP.NET application folder and then refreshing the site in the Chrome browser to pick up changes; do this a dozen or so times and BSOD throws with HTTP.sys.

I didn't mention that I'm currently working on a .NET Framework 4.7 project, so that couldn't be a choice.
