Backup application from corrupted windows

Sir, my windows 10 is corrupted and I was unable to start window including safe mode can I create a backup of installed app or application on my computer.

    With BCDEdit

    With CHKDSK /f F:with Scannow command

    With DISM command

    Ok. Can you boot USB again.

    Select Volume 3  (should be System)

    Remove Letter F

    Reboot with USB and verify if Volume 3 no longer has a drive letter.

    It is possible that Windows registry has changed with the wrong letter already.
