Backup application from corrupted windows

Sir, my windows 10 is corrupted and I was unable to start window including safe mode can I create a backup of installed app or application on my computer.

    Ok. With either Windows boot recovery or USB boot

    Can you in diskpart

    sel vol 1

    set id=27

    Now test rebooting to Windows normally.

    With this command bcdedit /store c:\boot\bcd /enum. In normal windows recovery mode.

    With bootable USB. I get

    Can you run this command to view your boot settings?

    bcdedit /store c:\boot\bcd /enum
