With the access denied it didn't create a backup but since it wasn't working anyways I don't think that is a big deal.
The backup registry looks to have copied.

Sir, my windows 10 is corrupted and I was unable to start window including safe mode can I create a backup of installed app or application on my computer.

Now let's copy the backup.
