MSN Dot Com Loading on start up

I am plagued with MSN Dot Com loading up every time i switch on my computer and reading up on it all i see is a lot of talk about:

Do you have Mozilla or firefox.

I do not know what they are?

All i know is that i have windows 10, and Google Chrome and that i have Edge but do not use edge i use Google Chrome.

I cannot find anyway of switching this page off every time i put my computer on.

It loads with MSN dot Com and asks "Do i want to accept cookies" Which i don't.

How do i stop this from loading every time i switch on my computer?

Hi Don.

The message has disappeared again altogether.

I think i misunderstood it.

It was not "

"To protect your online ID"It was "You must sign in again"

I will uninstall AVG.

Changing my password did not work with Windows Live Mail.

I fixed the Microsoft account, by typing in my pin number after it said it needs fixing last night.

After doing so it said "all accounts are working correctly"

I go to bed, wake up, put my computer on log into windows live mail and as usual it says "To protect your online ID" Message.

It all began after i updated my Microsoft account to include a mobile number.

I waited 30 days for it to be updated and this is where it all began.

The phone i have is not android, it is windows 10, i am confused as to what is going on here?

    In your Link i saw a lot of people confused by how to remove a pin number and Password on Windows 10.

    I tried the video on YouTube and it worked very well!
    My other computer now loads up and no longer needs a pin number or password and is reversible at any time.

    I decided to write it down (You can pass this onto anyone else struggling)

    HOW TO DISABLE THE PIN AND PASSWORD WHEN LOGGING ON TO WINDOWS 10

    INTRODUCTION:

    Many people are annoyed that every time they switch on their computer they have to put in a pin number or password.
    They can both be disabled by this two stage process.

    So copy this on a note before you begin for ease.

    STAGE 1. REMOVING YOUR LOG IN PIN NUMBER

    1. Go to windows settings or Press the Two keys on your keyboard (WIN) (I) to go to windows settings. (Last one is letter I)
    2. Click on “accounts”

    3.Click on “Sign in options”

    1. Click on “Windows Hello Pin”
    2. Click on “Remove”
    3. The security box appears, so again click on “Remove”
    4. To confirm it enter your Microsoft account password and click “OK”
    5. Restart your computer.

    Allow your computer to boot up.

    STAGE 2. REMOVING YOUR LOG IN MICROSOFT PASSWORD

    You will now be met again with the login screen, this time the pin number is replaced by enter your password.
    The pin number is gone.

    1. Enter your Microsoft “”password”” (NOT YOUR PIN NUMBER)
    2. Your Computer desktop or laptop screen should appear.
    3. Go to settings or press the Two keys on your keyboard (WIN) ( R )
    4. You will see the run box appear. Type in the word  netplwiz and press “OK”
    5. Uncheck the box “Users must enter a user name to use this computer”
    6. Click “Apply”
    7. You will see an automatically sign in box, Type in your password twice.
    8. Click “OK” It should disappear.
    9. Click “OK” again
      10 Restart your computer.

    It should now load with no more pin numbers or passwords required.

    You should now go straight to desktop every time you switch your computer on.

    If you want to change it back at anytime it can be reversed.
