I received this email today and I called the number given - +1(845) 813-2389 (Toll Free). The heavily accented person that answered said if I wanted to cancel this account, I would need to get in front of my computer. I asked him why and he said to get my money back from this purchase, I needed to say into the phone that I want my money back and get in front of my computer. I then hung up my phone.

agreed...feds can track em down but are probably overloaded. Or staffed by a Pakistanii call center! '-)

try going to your inbox, highlight the scam, right click - rules - create rules - highlight "from" - DEFENDER... - move item to deleted folder.....good luck.

Are you getting calls from Indians & Pakistanis named "Steve, Dave", etc.? Just say aw come on, that's not your real name. Tell me your real name, because there ain't a Pak or Indian on earth named "Steve or Dave". Just tell me your real name and where you're calling from.....they always hang up.

I received the same email is there a way to block this? Not sure if they have my information
