I have got a Trojan virus but I think I deleted It

So I accidently got a Trojan Virus, but I used my 14 day premium trial with malwarebytes to delete It. I am having trouble with my computer after It was deleted, Im lagging on games I have never really lagged on ever. The chrome always has trouble, and my taskbar keeps disappearing. Even after Malwarebytes deleted the Virus. Why???

I understand. I am being helped by a Independent Adviser right now, yes I was a bit cheesy earlier. But that's because I'm under a lot of stress.

Yes, I know that it's fairly often called a "trojan virus," but regardless of how often is called by that incorrect name, it's still incorrect. As I said, a virus and a trojan are two different kinds of malware. Calling it a "trojan virus" is like calling a motorcycle a "motorcycle car."

Calling it a trojan malware is perhaps somewhat better, but that's not correct either. That's sort of like calling the thing I'm sitting on a "chair furniture."

Leaving aside the question of nomenclature, I wish I could help you, but it's very difficult to do that with so little information.
