Recieve an email fron PC Solutions stating a payment of $329.00 was recieved by auto renewal for my Firewall Security Plan. I have never dealt with this company and wondered if anyone had the same problem. I called to inquire and they could give me no info about my'account". But, they wanted me to use the "Teamviewer" app to cancel the account. That did not sound right. Supposedly it's the only was to cancel the transaction. HELP!

Yes, it's a scam Do not use TeamViewer. It will let them take control of your and royally screw things up. There is no transaction to cancel. Just ignore their message.
In fact you should never let *anyone* take control of your computer, using TeamViewer or anything else, unless it's someone you know and trust impilcitly, both with regard to his honesty and technical skills.

It is a scam, as you have stated you don't have any history with that company. What I can suggest is just ignore them if they call you or block and mark their email spam on your mail app. Don't follow on whatever they told you to do. Because most likely they were trying to access your machine and hack it.

Same problem for me they mention 632.97$ 5 years subscription which will be withdrawn from my account, they mention no reference, they give a bill number, but do not provide any bill! I find of course no trace anywhere of any subscription. But this type they do not give any company name, juste the product WIN defender and the subscription here is the full email:

No. it is a scam. do not call them.
1) 702 is a Nevada area code which does not tie in with the address given.
2) norton give plenty of warnings if your subscription is coming to an end, warnings will come from Norton not some third party.
3) such a short time limit to ask for a refund is just an attempt to get you to call and give them your bank details, and is not legal.
at the moment, i doubt they have your bank details but in order to "make the refund" they will force you to supply them - then empty your account.
keep an eye on or contact your bank to make sure no payment is made and delete the email.
there may well be a company with that name at that address, but they are as much a victim as those that are scammed.
