Current status as of October 20, 2020

Windows 10, version 20H2 is available for users with devices running Windows 10, versions 1903 and higher who manually seek to “Check for updates” via Windows Update. The recommended servicing status is Semi-Annual Channel.

    @Anik_71,

    I just downloaded it last night from the link below with no problems.

    Just download the MediaCreationTool20H2.exe and follow the instruction for downloading the ISO file or create the USB installation media.

    The Windows.iso that downloaded today is Build 19042.631.

    Thank you.... I'll try some of the posted solutions..  I have plenty of space, almost 1TB, but I also have 4 small partitions... which I really don't need..   Thanks again!

    Hi Sidney, 

    Your partitions look correct for an EFI machine, you need those, one small partition is not showing with disk management (MSR partition), you would need to use diskpart command to display that too, but I assume it will be correct (Either 16MB or 128MB depending on who created it).

    For Advanced Format 4K Native drives (4-KB-per-sector) drives, the minimum size is 260 MB, due to a limitation of the FAT32 file format. The minimum partition size of FAT32 drives is calculated as sector size (4KB) x 65527 = 256 MB.

    Advanced Format 512e drives are not affected by this limitation, because their emulated sector size is 512 bytes. 512 bytes x 65527 = 32 MB, which is less than the 100 MB minimum size for this partition.

    Here is a sample of a UEFI machine:

    DISKPART> select disk 0

    Disk 0 is now the selected disk.

    DISKPART> list partition

      Partition ###  Type                    Size     Offset

      -------------  ----------------     -------  -------

      Partition 1    System               260 MB  1024 KB

      Partition 2    Reserved              16 MB   261 MB
