This is a summary of the cumulative updates released on October 13th for all the supported consumer releases of Windows 10.

IMPORTANT Windows 10, version 1809, will reach end of service on November 10, 2020 for devices running Windows 10 Home, Pro, Pro for Workstation, and IoT Core editions. These devices will no longer receive monthly security and quality updates that contain protection from the latest security threats. To continue receiving security and quality updates, Microsoft recommends updating to the latest version of Windows 10.

My Tab with 32-bit windows 10 home edition single language x64- based processor (Intel Atom) having issues after this upgrade - Touchscreen stopped working completely. Camera app giving error (no camera found attached to device) and no Sound (no audio output device is installed). No camera or sound devices found in Device manager. All was working fine before this upgrade

This update killed my wifi, bluetooth, and ethernet; good job guys!
I know the solution is to manually download the drivers from the manufacturer (Alienware in my case), but that's a bit difficult without access to the internet and with no mouse or kb (both being Bluetooth). Thankfully I have another machine, which I used to grab the right drivers. The irony? The other machine is a Mac.
Yes. I am sorry that I didn't capture screens and post all my detailed operations, but I did read the articles that you shared with me and operated carefully & accordingly, and that is how I found the final solution.
