This is a summary of the cumulative updates released on October 13th for all the supported consumer releases of Windows 10.

  2. Windows 10 versions 1903 and 1909 - KB4574727, Build 18362.1139 and 18363.1139
  3. Windows 10 versions 1809 - KB4570333, Build 17763.1518

IMPORTANT Windows 10, version 1809, will reach end of service on November 10, 2020 for devices running Windows 10 Home, Pro, Pro for Workstation, and IoT Core editions. These devices will no longer receive monthly security and quality updates that contain protection from the latest security threats. To continue receiving security and quality updates, Microsoft recommends updating to the latest version of Windows 10.

    I think most people who were forced to allow the last update had their computer ruined. I believe that microsoft did it on purpose, to sell more computers that they can also brick in the future.

    I went out today and replaced the laptop the update ruined with a chromebook. I will never buy a windows based product again! I hate all the updates, the forced updates! 

    I am hoping for a class action lawsuit, so I will hang on to the bricked, blue screen of death, but updated computer. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD they should explain when you buy a windows based computer that it will only work a couple of years.

    My laptop got the Blue Screen of Death and it  crashed after installing the update. It made an alarm sound and now i cannot access my laptop!!!! HELP!!!

    I tried the update in my laptop and got the Blue Screen of Death !!! And my laptop sounded an alarm and now I cannot access my laptop! Please HELP!!!

    So an update is forced on me...it ruins my computer....and the "fix" is that I need a second laptop, also running windows, to fix it!?! No Way. I will never purchase a window based computer again! They should say they will only work a couple of years and then an update will brick them. Seems like fraud to me. I am hoping for a class action lawsuit. 

    I went out today and did get a third laptop. It is the hp Chromebook 14x360. My other two laptops are also chromebooks.  I look forward to microsoft going out of business.
