Serious issue. I was earlier using my genuine samsung laptop and lately tried to install the latest version 20H2 update. This is my greatest mistake so happened. My laptop started taking 45 minutes to bootup for 1 week and later on it got corrupted. Thanks I backed up my files or I would have lost it also.

On 25th Nov 2020, I bought the dell laptop (Dell G3 15 series). The security I paid for was Norton 360 deluxe and I again tried to update my laptop. Again the problem started. My new dell laptop would restart and fail again. I contacted the dell customer support and thanks to them that I could restore my system. They advised me not to update my laptop till 2021 feb as there are serious bug with the latest updates. Right now I am not using windows update and paused the same.

I thought about the series of such events. I asked my college friends about this and all of them told me that they are facing this same problem.

I cannot understand why genuine customers who bought new laptop faces this issue. May be if microsoft want new clients this can be reworked for their benefits. When one side they advise us to use genuine system, I am troubled why I should pay more if there is no seriousness about this. I tried to chat with microsoft support agent online. It just gave me no response that is valuable. What a bad incidence is this? Can you tell me who made this mistake? I can use third party software to block microsoft update or switch on to mac as it is more trustworthy now. It is a serious issue why you are doing such wrongful act.

I dont know what to do now. Who is the real culprit? Is this something I should inform all of you here? Or will my microsoft account will be blocked as I am reporting a genuine mistake you are doing? Whatever it is who has the burden, genuine customers who listen to why we have credibility for why we are paying you? I dont know if this seriousness will be ignored. If you have any solution please do contact me.

If you are listening, please do resolve this for a future event. From my entire IT experience, what I have to tell you is, when you are rolling down a new update, please do make an installation trial, where it will be worked out from your end, if this feature will fail or cause any unprecedented harm and if this happens, please do illustrate in a video with above mentioned causes as reading and understanding the terms and condition is so uncertain for anyone, if it fails then dont install the update. Such cross check would be the best if you can assure us, that the time and money we spend in buying genuine software and related issues will be resolved. As someone serious about this concern, please dont file defamation statement and block my account as I want this issue to be resolved at the earliest.

My reason for writing down this concern is for awareness about my real time experience. Please make an option in every bios settings framework to restore the corrupted system and I loved dell for making this possible. Otherwise I would have lost every work I have recently done.

I appreciate if anyone would attend for this concern. Please understand my request.

I am Aby Skaria from Cochin, Kerala, INDIA. My blog is Simplicity of A Heart . Thanks for your patience and I hope one day Microsoft will reach every home resolving a genuine concern for new innovations what makes it better safe and secure for everyone.
