In new windows 11 up to date as of writing this. Core isolation memory integrity does not work and will not turn on. Every time I scan for incompatible drivers, none are listed. Checked the windows update, the system is up to date, and no errors in device drivers were found. All drivers appear up to date. BIOS most recent available (the same driver that was installed prior to this error occurring. None of the threads seem to address this, only ones where the driver is known. The DG readiness tool is not user-friendly for everyday users. Need a solution that can be done at home without having to be an IT guru or MSCE certified. It will not let me upload the screenshot or picture, keep getting errors in that as well.

The registry edit did not work for me. I set "REG_DWORD" of "Enabled" in "HyperVisorEnforcedCodeIntegrity" to 1 and then rebooted. Now when I try to enable Memory integrity Windows is telling me that setting is controlled by the System Administrator and the slider for "On/Off" is greyed out. I verified that I am the System Administrator so unclear why it won't let me enable Memory integrity.

Even if the slider is greyed out it will show if it's enabled or not, and you can use the tool I mentioned to see the state: Device Guard and Credential Guard hardware readiness tool, that I found looking for a tool that could detect incompatible drivers, but it found nothing too. But at least it shows for me that the feature is working... It really is not optimal to have something locked... but, this is better than nothing... It being greyed out doesn't mean it don't work, and with DG readiness tool you can confirm it...
I guess I should have been more specific - the Memory integrity slider is greyed out AND indicates that Memory integrity is off, so the problem is still not resolved.
Here is something I discovered. I to have incomparable driver and it DID show the driver being (DellD3.WinSVC.DLauncher) I went looking for this driver it but it was not present. I then went back and tried again and the incomparable driver was not shown vanished just like that. I have been able to find out nil information anywhere on the driver shown above and my core isolation remains off.
DellD3.WinSVC.DLauncher is from dell digital delivery... Did you used the regedit trick?
And MichaelStephenson6, use the DG readiness tool to discover what are missing, as theres some pre-requisites to use the memory integrity (secure boot, virtual machine plataform and/or hyper-v for example...), and make sure you set enabled to 1, as another value could turn it off... you could remove the Enabled dword too and see if windows will show any incompatible driver, and the DG readiness tool can show this too using -capable
