In new windows 11 up to date as of writing this. Core isolation memory integrity does not work and will not turn on. Every time I scan for incompatible drivers, none are listed. Checked the windows update, the system is up to date, and no errors in device drivers were found. All drivers appear up to date. BIOS most recent available (the same driver that was installed prior to this error occurring. None of the threads seem to address this, only ones where the driver is known. The DG readiness tool is not user-friendly for everyday users. Need a solution that can be done at home without having to be an IT guru or MSCE certified. It will not let me upload the screenshot or picture, keep getting errors in that as well.

I had to create "HypervisorEnforcedCodeIntegrity" and set it to 1. Rebooted and got the same problem as you. Even though it is turned on and grayed out, the Windows shield icon in the system tray still shows the yellow exclamation warning. I'm going to delete the key I had to create and wait for MicroSoft to fix this before I really break something and make matters even worse!
Please post the "link to a Regedit fix" you found that worked for you so we can try it. Thanks.

"Windows 11 Security feature under Device Security-Core Isolation-Memory Integrity will not enable and does not list any incompatible drivers so why I can't enable it" This is a big problem...
I also have the exact same issue. I ran all windows updates and optional updates (which included a Dell system firmware update) as of May 12, 2023. This might have occurred after an update but there are a lot of updates and it's hard to remember exactly when this first occurred as I lose track because updates were constantly occurring this month.
In the BIOS under virtualization support both features are enabled. I also performed all virus and malware scans including Microsoft defender antivirus (offline scan); including on removable drives with no threats found. Memory integrity won't turn on and when I click on "review incompatible drivers" there are none listed; so, it should turn on wouldn't you think team Microsoft. (Screenshots below) I followed Zadee C. the Independent Advisor's advice above when she Replied on March 23, 2023 (This reply is on the first page above and is the first reply to the opening post) about editing the registry, and the Memory Integrity option turned on but is greyed out stating "this setting is managed by your administrator" when I am the administrator. Microsoft your users need a fix. I wonder how many people this has happened to. I just might follow Zadee's fix but then again when I do, I can't adjust Core Isolation settings all together let alone operate them, but they are enabled as seen in screenshot below. I have attached screenshots to help the mighty Microsoft Team resolve this issue including my system specs.
In screenshot below there are no incompatible drivers listed so you would think I should be able to turn on Memory integrity but the only option I get is to scan again which I did but it lists no incompatible drivers; so, you would think I would be able to turn memory integrity on. I read what this feature does and need it.
With Zadee's Reg edit fix, I still receive a warning in Windows Security under Device Security. Memory integrity is off. Your device may be vulnerable. The Windows Security icon in the taskbar still has a warning symbol. So, I might as well undo her workaround and leave my system as is until the Microsoft Team can come up with a fix. I will be ever so careful with my system now. Like only visiting trusted websites. I believe this issue started after installing updates from Windows Update.
The next troubleshooting step I tried under Windows settings -> Apps-> Installed apps. I searched for Windows Security and selected advanced options (Screenshot below). I tried repair and reset Windows Security but that never solved the problem.
The last troubleshooting steps I tried was "Reset your PC" in Windows settings under sytem -> recovery. It says to use this if your "PC isn’t working well and it’s been a while since you installed an app or changed system settings". I chose the option to keep my files. Resetting reinstalls Windows 11, but lets you choose whether to keep your files or remove them, and then reinstalls Windows. You can reset your PC from Settings, the sign in screen, or by using a recovery drive or installation media.
After I reset PC the Windows security feature "Memory integrity" was on but after I ran all Windows updates the problem occurred again. So next I did "Remove an installed Windows update if your PC isn't working well and you recently installed an update" using remove an installed Windows update in Windows Update. This didn't solve the problem as I was uninstalling updates but decided to stop because I got tired of going back to far uninstalling updates. So, I ran all of the updates again and let my system be with Memory Integrity uncapable of turning on and "Windows Security" warning me until the Microsoft Team can come up with a fix.
