In new windows 11 up to date as of writing this. Core isolation memory integrity does not work and will not turn on. Every time I scan for incompatible drivers, none are listed. Checked the windows update, the system is up to date, and no errors in device drivers were found. All drivers appear up to date. BIOS most recent available (the same driver that was installed prior to this error occurring. None of the threads seem to address this, only ones where the driver is known. The DG readiness tool is not user-friendly for everyday users. Need a solution that can be done at home without having to be an IT guru or MSCE certified. It will not let me upload the screenshot or picture, keep getting errors in that as well.

I use to use a Western Digital external drive, the drivers of which I uninstalled as they stopped Core Isolation - Memory Integrity starting last year on another device. There is a remaining driver file wdcsam64.sys (see below) on my faulty computer which is discussed in this article. Wdcsam64.sys driver preventing me from turning on memory integrity - Microsoft Community Hoping this is it!
It seems then the common factor is Dell computers.
I have exactly the same issue on a Dell XPS 9510 laptop. Microsoft really needs to get its act together and fix this!
I have spent hours and hours looking for a solution to no avail. It states that there is an incompatible driver but doesn't list the offending driver and the link to further information just takes you to a useless page of non information.
I'm just leaving it turned off until Microsoft comes up with a solution rolled out in an update, probably in 2025!

The "HyperVisorEnforcedCodeIntegritySolution" Registry edit, as a work around, seems to be a crude override of a coding error which occurred roughly around March 2023 with a cumulative update. I am happy to be corrected on the date. The group would roughly remember the date as the date this error and other major code breaks persisted from. The common factors seem be to Windows 22H2, Dell Computers and Windows 11 Home OS building 22621.1992. The inability to not turn on memory integrity is not to my knowledge a problem with Windows 11 Professional. When can we expect the fix it to be rolled out? The work around is beyond the ability of average uses and flags that Windows is not serious about ensuring Windows Home purchasers receive the same level of protection Windows Professional purchasers receive.
