Xbox App keeps asking me to download Gaming Services

I just got Game Pass a few days ago and haven't been able to play it once because every single time I hit on Install a screen telling me to Download Gaming Services keeps popping up even though I've already installed it numerous times. I'm turning to this because I have no idea what to do, I've already tried a bunch of different suggestions from people such as: Repairing and Reseting all the apps, I've tried to uninstall and install with Powershell, I've tried to update through the windows store, I've updated everything on Windows, I tried going into the registry and I deleted the GamingServices and GamingServices.net but Nothing works at all, I've completely given up on this, I feel scammed because I just got Game Pass and I haven't been to play a single game.

One weird thing I noticed and I don't know if this is normal is that when I go over to my account settings on the Xbox App on the segment where it says "GameInstall Options" I get some weird error that says "There was a problem loading installation locations. Try Again" But it never gives me that chance to change anything.

    I just fixed the issue by deleting the XboxGames folder where the games are installed, after I tried every solution besides the Windows 11 reinstall. Close the Xbox app, then move your games to a different folder then delete the installation folder (you might need to change security permissions in order to delete it like I did) and then launch the Xbox app and it will create a new installation folder and you can move your games into it (I recommend closing the Xbox app again and opening it after you move them). Keep in mind I had the other things installed like live and gaming services while I did this after I tried the other solutions so I'm not sure if the other solutions helped with this fix but ultimately the folder deletion is what fixed it for me here.

    This is ridiculous, I was literally just playing a game the other day and today nothing works... What changed? Just like other users above I tried using power shell commands to remove and reinstall gaming service. As well as as forcing ownership of the winapp folder to delete the remnants of the gaming service also delete any remnants of the registry keys. Initially this worked and I was able to download Atomic Heart then ran into another issue where it's saying it's not the full game... Tried following a guide where it says to restart Xbox app and the game, and now it doesn't detect the games even installed. Even though it clearly is and all the files are clearly still there. Now I'm back at square one saying it wants me to install game service again. Y'all have some broken **** software straight up. Get your s*** together Microsoft.. I'm literally on newest Windows 11 image. How can there be this much oversight. I'm not reformatting to use a service I'm paying you for. The gaming division of this OS dev team needs a 100x more attention than you guys give it. Also whoever's fault this is needs to be reprimanded and or fired, billion dollar company my ****. Free to play Chinese mobile games work better than this s***. And I swear if we get one more bot response from a incompetent Microsoft support rep. I'm unsubscribe to your damn service.
