Hi, I’m having an issue adding a new fingerprint on Windows 11, when I click on the sign in options it says “this option is currently unavailable” and to try again later, the button to set up another finger is greyed out. Log in is working with the fingerprint I have set up put I want to use another finger. What can I do to solve this? My laptop is the Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 2 if that helps any. Thanks xx

Hey everyone,
In my case I was able to solve this issue by disabling and enabling the driver for this sign in(ELAN WBF Fingerprint Sensor).
Right-click on Start->Device Manager->Biometric devices->ELAN WBF Fingerprint Sensor->Disable Device->Enable Device. And it should work hopefully.
