Intel Optane Pinning Extension

Hi Emily!

I will try and get a screenshot for you today, however, it's like a rabbit running and hiding from the hunter.

It was on here earlier however when I tried to get a screenshot, I received the screenshot pop-up and it informed me to press the windows key, spacer, and s. I pressed all keys at the same time and the start menu comes up and so I cannot take the screenshot.

Do you mind sharing a screenshot of this last pin you cannot unpin? Thanks!

It appears for whatever reason somehow the Intell Optane Memory pin is on the taskbar. When I am on You Tube for example the Optane Memory tag will appear either in the upper left, middle of the screen or at the bottom.

The rest of the pins on my taskbar have the unpin option however when I right click as like with the other pins, I just get the pin saying open Intel Optane Memory application

Maybe I should take few steps back. What was the problem that led to the need to uninstall the Optaine Pinning Extension Shell? I don't want to head down the wrong path that doesn't solve the problem you had to begin with.

Will this involve resetting the BIOS? I watched a video from the Acer community website it showed how to bring the computer back to its factory settings.
