Intel Optane Pinning Extension

If I uninstall the Intel Optane Pinning Explorer extension will the uninstall cause any negative issue with the rest of the Intel programs?

    Yes, you can safely uninstall it. It is not a critical component. It wouldn't affect your system or other Intel programs. I hope that is the answer you are looking for.

    OH MY, it is still there.

    I performed the uninstall and I did a restart of my computer and it's still there. The pinned app which is on the Taskbar reads as follows. Intel Optane Memory is disabled.
