I found this solution on a sub reddit. have worked for me.
In the settings of your wifi card set "Roaming Aggressiveness" to Disabled and set the Wifi type to Wifi5 or Wifi4 which are 802.11ac and 802.11n respectively depending on your connection type. if you are using wifi 6 that is 802.11ax then leave it on that.

Dude, I had the same problem as you mentioned. I use a network adapter from the manufacturer MediaTek, Inc., namely MediaTek Wi-Fi 6 MT7921 Wireless LAN Card. The Wi-Fi feature is always missing on the Windows 11 system, especially every time I open a game. The first time I experienced this problem I tried to do a Network Reset, after restarting the laptop the Wi-Fi feature reappeared on the Windows 11 system. However, the Wi-Fi feature disappeared again every time I opened the game, and the Network Reset method didn't solve the problem. The last thing I did was turn off my laptop for about 10 minutes so that the Wi-Fi feature appeared again on the Windows 11 system. I was already dizzy and didn't know how to solve this problem.
I have the same issue with the mediatek mt7921 on windows 11. I checked it with wireshark and it resulted in nothing. The packets just stopped abruptly. Moreover when I try to fidget with advanced settings in device manager. Or just plainly turning on/off driver, or even trying to uninstall it. All efforts result in device manager hanging indefinately. After the wifi crash pc takes too much time to restart. After hard reset the wifi is back for a couple of minutes.
