Not sure if you or someone else advised against that as they stated the windows updates take care of such updates to drivers including the Intel driver.

Do the windows updates include all driver updates including the Intel Drivers?
I noticed that there are several updates for intel drivers like this one for example the Intel Pro Set Wireless.
Should I do the update or will this make problems with my wireless connection?

Intel Optane is very specific to your PC, it is best to install the version from the support page for your PC.

Intel Optane means you have a drive that has a small hidden partition that is used for virtual memory, separate to the C drive partition.
