Windows security is not linked to Optane Memory as far as I know, but you never know, Windows is a complex system.

Do the windows updates include all driver updates including the Intel Drivers?
I noticed that there are several updates for intel drivers like this one for example the Intel Pro Set Wireless.
Should I do the update or will this make problems with my wireless connection?

That issue that was going on with the badge on Windows Security requiring attention which must have been fixed on the Microsoft end, could this have caused issues with the Intel Memory as the Core Isolation does involve memory and perhaps could the Optane Memory issue be solved with a repair.

If your System uses Intel RST (Rapid Storage Technology) then that should be available for the support page for your PC, because it is very specific to your motherboard, there are many versions for different PC architectures.
