Do the windows updates include all driver updates including the Intel Drivers?

I noticed that there are several updates for intel drivers like this one for example the Intel Pro Set Wireless.

Should I do the update or will this make problems with my wireless connection?

    Hi Kenneth,

    Windows automatically checks your hardware and tries to install the latest driver updates, it is a personal choice if you want to install them, I never install them because I have seen too many people having problems after doing that, but it is a personal choice if you do want to install them.

    That is where I saw the notice for updates.

    I did however click for the updates however the download is just scrolling and seems to be not updating.

    As you state (Should) however I come back to my question why did I see updates for those drivers?

    It appears to me that the windows updates are not picking up the updates from Intel and on that subject, I myself usually have to go and check for updates as I do not get a notice for updates.

    You should use Intel® Driver & Support Assistant for downloading correct wifi device drivers from intel website.

    Hi Kenneth,

    The Intel Driver and Support Assistant utility should keep all your Intel drivers fully up to date without installing drivers from any other source.
