I can't turn on memory integrity in Windows 11 even though no incompatible drivers are listed.

This issue has been bugging me for MONTHS and I finally found a fix today!! I managed to narrow it down thanks to this thread plus this other one : https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/memory-integrity-cannot-be-turned-on/d70bd05f-0f00-40a5-9d68-cdd963b174fc?page=5

I started by listing the drivers using the following command (needs to be done as an administrator) :

dism /online /get-drivers /format:table 

Then I used this other command when I wanted to uninstall one:

pnputil /delete-driver <Published Name> /uninstall /force

I focused on the Dell drivers as they were mentioned in this conversation:

• dellinstrumentation.inf - there was multiple of them, so I uninstalled Support Assist and used the command on the drivers, but that did not change anything.
• dddriver64dcsa.inf - THAT WAS THE ONE! Once uninstalled, no more errors and I managed to turn on the memory integrity.

I hope this will help some people.

I had one abortive try with MS tech support. The agent deleted drivers one after another, without asking any questions. He succeeded in removing my license to Adobe CS3 but failed to solve the memory integrity issue. Fortunately I was able to use system restore to get back my CS3 license. I also eventually discovered that the memory integrity issue was due to old Dell software intended to assist their technicians. Removing that solved the problem. I will be very wary of asking for MS tech support in the future!

It's now March of 2024, this is still a problem on my Windows 11 Dell G15. Is there going to be a fix for this problem?

I am having the same issue. I had some Logitech drivers listed and was able to delete them. Now, nothing is listed.

Also having this problem in registry. I don't know if they are connected.

BIOS update did not resolve problem.
