Same here. Manually uninstalled the offending drivers (Logitech) via Device Manager, command line pnp util and Autoruns utility.

Its a Dell laptop as well G15 5515.

After a BIOS update it seemed to work, then went on tilt (froze) then reverted back to the original empty list. Seriously a bug.

Just to add to the thread I have the same issue. No Drivers listed and yes... it's a Dell G7 17!

Seems to have been an issue for quite some time but I just noticed it recently after resetting my laptop...

how worried should we be about the vulnerability?

I had a long discussion with a level 2 technician at Logitech. According to him:

    1. Logitech and Microsoft are aware of the problem.
    2. There are some drivers written by Microsoft but used by some Logitech devices that are incompatible, but are not detected by the scan for incompatible drivers.

    My own observations:

    1. I asked several of my friends to see if memory integrity is enabled on their computers and most have reported that it is not, and they did not know it.
    2. I am baffled by the fact that Microsoft has taken so long to let users know what is going on, what is being done to fix the problem and what are the consequences of having memory integrity off.

Dell community forums talk about this same issue back in Aug-Sept 2022, so this issue is not new. Community forums referenced Western Digital drivers, my issue is Logitech. Still waiting for Microsoft.

I asked a few friends to see if memory integrity was on in their computers and when they checked it was off. They didn't even know about this feature until I told them. Anyhow, neither Microsoft or Logitech seem to be willing to fully address this issue, so that is where things stand.
