How do i fix no audio device installed in windows 11?

ive tried troubleshooting but it couldnt identify the problem
ive also tried rebooting my device
i also cant update my high definition audio device which i want to use because the other one doesnt work too(windws encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device code 10)
my other audio driver is working fine but still it says no audio device installed(this audio driver is the one written in japanese)
ive also came to the intel website to look up for my drivers but it says its up to date

My hp laptop windows 11 ,shows no sound devices fitted
On sound ,video and game controlers it show that there is a realtec driver
if i pair an external speaker there is sound
On system sound there is no speakers or mic
i am 71 and do not want a complicated fix please.
