ive tried troubleshooting but it couldnt identify the problem
ive also tried rebooting my device
i also cant update my high definition audio device which i want to use because the other one doesnt work too(windws encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device code 10)
my other audio driver is working fine but still it says no audio device installed(this audio driver is the one written in japanese)
ive also came to the intel website to look up for my drivers but it says its up to date

Your intel processor is Windows 11 and Windows 10 latest version.
The only supported os is Windows 10 LTSC 1809 for the computer shop where you purchased your laptop.
The laptop manufacturer's name is not mentioned in screenshots, so I cannot provide further ideas,
They will install older Windows 10 ltsc 1809 or Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 and you may get your sound back.
