How do i fix no audio device installed in windows 11?

ive tried troubleshooting but it couldnt identify the problem
ive also tried rebooting my device
i also cant update my high definition audio device which i want to use because the other one doesnt work too(windws encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device code 10)
my other audio driver is working fine but still it says no audio device installed(this audio driver is the one written in japanese)
ive also came to the intel website to look up for my drivers but it says its up to date

    I also had a user with the same issue. Deleted Realtek Audio drivers in control panel and it started working. Try that and see if it doesn't work.

    Hi. Not sure if you have fixed the issue yet, but I woke up this morning [ 19 September 2024 ] with the same issue and I've managed to find a FIX to the problem after trying a couple things.
