How do i fix no audio device installed in windows 11?

ive tried troubleshooting but it couldnt identify the problem
ive also tried rebooting my device
i also cant update my high definition audio device which i want to use because the other one doesnt work too(windws encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device code 10)
my other audio driver is working fine but still it says no audio device installed(this audio driver is the one written in japanese)
ive also came to the intel website to look up for my drivers but it says its up to date

    My speakers stopped working today soon after upgrade from W10 to W11 and installing Norton 360 Pro (but they worked for a couple of days), the PC is about 5 years old. I tried many of the steps posted earlier (update drivers, disable Norton) but nothing worked. The fix for me was to open Device Manager/Sound,video and game controllers and right click Synaptics HD Audio device and Uninstall (after uplugging 3.5 mm speaker jack). Then when I plugged speakers back in it automatically restored Synaptics HD Audio device and speakers worked again.

    SOLVED (for me at least).

    My problem was on a one week old high end desktop PC with Windows 11 that worked fine until I did my first Windows Update. I lost sound and had the "no audio device is installed" message.

    Raju gave me the clue: I went to Device Manager and selected Show Hidden Devices under the View tab. This then showed Realtek(R) Audio under Sound, Video and Game Controllers. Prior to that, it would not show the Realtek(R) Audio (so I was lost). It was greyed out, but when I right-clicked on it and selected Scan For Hardware Changes, it became solid and I had sound again.

    No sound from my PC. It keeps saying 'no audio device installed'. There was because the sound was OK. So what's gone wrong?
