How do i fix no audio device installed in windows 11?

ive tried troubleshooting but it couldnt identify the problem
ive also tried rebooting my device
i also cant update my high definition audio device which i want to use because the other one doesnt work too(windws encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device code 10)
my other audio driver is working fine but still it says no audio device installed(this audio driver is the one written in japanese)
ive also came to the intel website to look up for my drivers but it says its up to date

    Directly install Realtek* High Definition Audio Driver from the link below.

    It will automatically uninstall your drivers and install new ones.

    This one worked for me after nearly trying for 2 days straight

    Share the audio hardware device id. There is a solution hiding, bur we need to funs out. Installing setup.exe file use inf file

    Hello - this problem has been going on for people for almost 2 years and there is still no solution, other than buying a new computer?!? I JUST got this computer a few weeks ago and the audio output device worked just fine, but now it shows no output device at all. I tried ALL the troubleshooting suggestions, and nothing has worked. I got this laptop to take classes online and now I cannot.

    I backed out the latest Windows update and everything is back, my integrated speakers and bluetooth.
