How do i fix no audio device installed in windows 11?

ive tried troubleshooting but it couldnt identify the problem
ive also tried rebooting my device
i also cant update my high definition audio device which i want to use because the other one doesnt work too(windws encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device code 10)
my other audio driver is working fine but still it says no audio device installed(this audio driver is the one written in japanese)
ive also came to the intel website to look up for my drivers but it says its up to date

    I installed Windows 11 on an Intel NUC about 3 months ago. MY problem was that when the computer went to sleep and then woke up, I would get the "no audio device installed" message. None of the usual driver update methods mentioned here worked as it always said I had the latest audio driver for HD display audio. Monitor is an HP S340c. No monitor settings helped either. Turns out that the NUC has Iris Xe Graphics. And after going down that rabbit hole I found an updated driver that came out 7/1/24 that solved the issue:
