How do i fix no audio device installed in windows 11?

ive tried troubleshooting but it couldnt identify the problem
ive also tried rebooting my device
i also cant update my high definition audio device which i want to use because the other one doesnt work too(windws encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device code 10)
my other audio driver is working fine but still it says no audio device installed(this audio driver is the one written in japanese)
ive also came to the intel website to look up for my drivers but it says its up to date

    I was having same issue of showing cross on volume button (No audio device is Installed) but now my issue is solved.

    try to follow these steps

    1. Open your Device Manager and Go to Sound Video and Game Controller and then expand it to and right click on High Definition Audio Device and click on Update Driver

    1. Now a pop-up screen will appear. Click On Browse My Computer For Drivers

    1. After this a new pop-up will appear click on Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer

    1. After this click on High Definition Audio Device and click Next.

    1. After this a warning will appear, it will not impact your system simply you can Yes.

    1. And finally a finished message will appear and you problem would be saved hopefully.

    THANKS FOR READING. THIS WAS MY FIRST RESPOND TO ANY COMMUNITY ISSUE. I WAS FACING THE SAME ISSUE THEN IT WAS RESOLVED BY ABOVE MENTIONED WAY. HOPEFULLY THIS WOULD WORK ON YOUR SITE.

    All is good until I realize that the "Sound, video, and game controllers" will only show up if I have bluetooth on. And for some reason it lists MY phone. Any idea on what to do?
