ive tried troubleshooting but it couldnt identify the problem
ive also tried rebooting my device
i also cant update my high definition audio device which i want to use because the other one doesnt work too(windws encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device code 10)
my other audio driver is working fine but still it says no audio device installed(this audio driver is the one written in japanese)
ive also came to the intel website to look up for my drivers but it says its up to date

It's been a while but if I recall correctly I uninsalled the latest windows update and the sound card. Then reinstalled the sound card. There may have also been something in the settings that had been turned off presumably by Windows
I do recall though that it was a pain the ....
I tried so many things. In the end, one of them worked, but truly can't recall which one it was that did the trick. I should have written it down because it was not the first time that had happened.
