you can try to install "SnippingTool" with below actions.

Try to get SnippingTool package with WinGet (store must be reachable)

# update winget

winget upgrade winget

# EXAMPLE winget download Calculator -s msstore --skip-license (download with dependencies )

winget download "Snipping Tool" -s msstore --skip-license

# Files will be created in download folder C:\Users$USERNAME\Downloads ( with package ID )

# to install the Package app on another device, example to Add-AppxPackage -Path C:\Users$USERNAME\downloads\9WZDNCRFHVN5\Calculator.appx

Snipping Tool ( check download folder to get .MSIX package )

Add-AppPackage -path "C:\Users$USERNAME\Downloads\9MZ95KL8MR0L\Microsoft.ScreenSketch_2020.814.2355.0_Universal_Arm.X86.Arm64.X64.appxbundle" -Verbose
