Let me know what information you need and here is the error all the errors posted below all happened at once. But also another werid thing is right before it all crash "Microsoft GameInput" did a "Successful application reconfiguration."

It can updload the Reliability Window.
Try the following
Perform a clean boot
- Press Windows + R key to open Run, type msconfig and press Enter.
- On the Services tab, select Hide All Microsoft services.
- Select "Disable all" and select "Apply".
Restart your computer in Safe Mode
- Press Windows + R keys and type msconfig and press Enter.
- Select "Boot" tab.
- In "Boot options", set "Safe boot Minimal".
- Select "Apply" and "Ok".
If only methods don’t work, try to get back to your system before "'Microsoft GameInput" did a "Successful application reconfiguration.'"
- In the search box on the taskbar, type control panel, and then choose it from the list of results
- In the Control Panel search box, type recovery.
- Select Recovery > Open System Restore.
- In the Restore system files and settings box, select Next.
- Select the restore point that you want to use in the list of results, and then select Scan for affected programs.
- You'll see a list of items that will be deleted if you remove this restore point. If you're OK with the deletions, select Close > Next > Finish.
