Nvlddmkm \Device\Video3 Error occurred on GPUID: 900

I truly believe it is a driver/software issue as well. My GPU functions completely fine under any load (Games, bench, etc) and only throws this error when my computer enters sleep mode or turns off and on, and then decides to uninstall all graphics drivers. I just started having this issue with my 2080ti in the last 4 days and it seems many others are as well with a wide range of GPUs. This just happens to coincide with both a Windows 11 update and new NVIDIA drivers, and my system logs are showing potential problems with nvlddmkm.sys throwing uncaught errors.

I appreciate you taking your time @mkxy.

To be clear, the ti cards have a default boost clock from factory, so though I am not overclocking, it comes in a partial overclocked state. I understand if you are not familiar with video card models, you may not know or understand this. I had originally put the card in debug mode and monitored the frequency in gpu tweak.

I have made the changes as you have recommended though, but I am still encountering the issue. I have had this card pinned in other games for hours without issue, so it is disappointing this is occuring in a certain game.

The card is new (within the last two months), the windows install is new (windows 11), the drivers were cleaned and re-installed using the safeboot method.
