Nvlddmkm \Device\Video3 Error occurred on GPUID: 900

@leo2702 I have a RTX4080 + 7800x3d on a b650 board. it is rock stable. your pc has issues.

I just came to list what worked and what wont on my own case. 2 months already fighting this issue.

system:

b550m tuf gaming

ryzen 4650g

m2 ssd etc

650w apexgaming psu (crappy)

everything was purchased brand new and is now used for 2~3 years.

what happened: swapped from a perfectly working 6700xt (zero issues) to a rtx 3060 (used). After issues began (Nvlddmkm crashing, etc, same as OP issue) I wondered if I got a bad used 3060. I installed it into another computer (I'm a technician/builder btw) and no issues happened.

So I started messing with software and hardware to no avail
Reinstalled windows
Used kinda older drivers (6 months ago not more)
Tried debug mode
Tried locking windows auto update for drivers
Tried blocking nvidia services (that did the most result: crashes that happened in minutes began happening in hours)
Hardware scheduling is disabled by default on new windows install (but was ON before I formatted)
Disabling or enabling XMP.

Lowering temps (open case and blowing wind with a big fan)
NOTHING had any results except for disabling nvidia services.

I cant seem to get any "triggers" for the issue, it happened on 2006 games also on 4k triple A games. Don't seem to correlate. Max Payne 2 for example, crashed a lot of times in the first 5 minutes, whereas ghostwire: tokyo crashed a lot further, like half an hour. Sometimes it just don't crash for hours.

Next steps are underclocking or undervolting, testing power management to "max performance" instead of "normal", and messing with scheduling. After that, I'm literally at a loss. Maybe I'll just exchange cards with someone because well, it works on every pc EXCEPT mine. VERY weird.

And people still say AMD has driver issues...
