Hi,

I have a soundcore q35 bluetooth headset. The headphones are working fine with bluetooth but the headset microphone is not connecting. I have tried multiple troublsehooters, driver updates and windows restarts. I have reset the device as well.

Please could you help me resolve this issue.

Thanks,

Can you please let me know asap if re-installing OS solves our issue? the technician is about to come in a few days and do the same thing he did before! (Replacing motherboard with bluetooth driver in it) that solves nothing, but now they are saying after the replacement they will re-install a new OS this time, im not quite sure if the previous replacement did a reinstall of OS. thats my sentiment as well, Dell XPS is not a cheap laptop. i bought an expensive laptop to avoid these scenarios, but look where it has taken me. Advance thanks for sharing the result of your fix!

It is not "Only" related to dell laptops. It is occurring on ASUS and other Manufacturers as well. My surface pro doesn't have the issue and it is running everything identical with respect to software and applications. Oddly, we have 142 Surface's different models in our Organization and it is not happening on any of them. We also have high end Bose and Sony headphones. Sound but no Microphone.

I am wondering if it is related to specific BT driver, hardware.

Any how, this is getting old and MS needs to address it.

Agre3d and thanks for sharing that you are also seeing this on other hardware.. admittedly I have been focusing on Dell for obvious reasons.

Interesting that thjs doesn't seem to effect Microsoft hardware..
