2024-06-26T11:19:51+00:00 In my case it was a similar issue. The solution was enabling "Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service" .
do check from windows key search + services ==> check "Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service". it should be running.

2024-08-13T18:47:37+00:00 I had this issue also. It was working fine and then one day the microphone was not detected (even though the headphones were). I removed the device and also uninstalled the Intel BT driver as show above and then added the device back. It is working again.

2024-08-21T20:09:12+00:00 In my Case it was the combination of BT Driver Version and BIOS Version.
If you have a MediaTek Driver on an Asus Rog Flow, the BT Driver has to be V 1.1037.2.433 together with the latest BIOS Update: 316
Hope that helps.
