Bluetooth microphone is not working on Windows 11.

Hi,

I have a soundcore q35 bluetooth headset. The headphones are working fine with bluetooth but the headset microphone is not connecting. I have tried multiple troublsehooters, driver updates and windows restarts. I have reset the device as well.

Please could you help me resolve this issue.

    I was having issues with Sony Bluetooth earbuds on my Dell Lattitude. Went to the Dell drivers page for my laptop, filtered on drivers, then audio, and downloaded the latest and installed (in my case Realtek high definition audio). The problem is resolved for now, although the next MS updates might overwrite it.

    Hey P.

    So far, it's still working just fine for me, even after the newest Windows updates.
    It has been a permanent fix for my headset and a lot of my colleagues.

    So give it a shot. I wouldn't hurt at all + if it works, then it's a win win ;)

    Thanks, this worked for me. I don't understand why the official Microsoft people can't provide this simple answer as clearly when the same question is being posed by so many different people.

    This just completely sucks. I tried everything in this thread and more. It worked briefly after deleting all the bluetooth devices/drivers, but then stopped again. PLEASE FIX
